1. Small Parcel Shipments (1 - 10 kg)
• For orders weighing between 1 and 10 kg, shipping is done via:
• ACS Courier
• BOX NOW (pickup from Lockers)
Shipments with BOX NOW allow pickup from special lockers, making it more convenient for customers who prefer flexible pickup options.
2. Shipments of Large Parcels & Pallets via Transport Company
For shipments exceeding 10 kg or involving bulky products, shipping is done via Kioussis Transys, which serves specific cities: Athens, Thessaloniki, Larissa, Ioannina, Trikala, Karditsa, Volos, Lamia, Katerini, Kozani, Veria, Grebne, Ptolemaida, Naoussa, Edessa.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are determined based on the weight and volume of the order.

For orders over €1500.00, delivery to the Kioussis Transys service center in any serviced city is free of charge.
Shipping Categories & Indicative Costs
Small Parcels (Up to 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.50 m)
Cost per parcel: €4.00 – €7.00
Indicative products: A box of stone, small bricks, or small decorative items.
Bulky Parcels (2.50 x 0.60 x 0.10 m)
Cost per parcel: €6.00 – €12.00
Indicative products: Low-height Rowmat construction boards (individual sheets).
Standard Pallets (1.20 x 0.90 x 1.50 m)
Cost per pallet: €30.00 – €45.00
Indicative products: Larger quantities of decorative stones, small bricks, small amounts of construction materials.
Larger Pallets (2.50 x 0.60 x 1.50 m)
Cost per pallet: €50.00 – €65.00
Indicative products: Limited quantities of Rowmat, construction materials, or other heavy items.
Large Pallets (2.50 x 1.20 x 1.50 m)
Cost per large pallet: €60.00 – €75.00
Indicative products: Rowmat construction boards.
Notes:
• Shipping costs apply for deliveries within cities in the Kioussis Transys network and within a 10 km radius from their center.
• Special areas such as Farsala, Elassona, Ptolemaida, Grebne, Naoussa, Edessa, and Giannitsa have specific service days and may have different charges.
• For areas around the center of Thessaloniki (Gefira, Lagyna, Lagadas, N. Rysio, Nea Raidestos), an additional charge of €5.00 per invoice applies.
3. What Happens if the Delivery Location is Not Directly Served by Kioussis Transys?
If your area is not directly served by Kioussis Transys, you have the following options:
Pickup from the nearest Kioussis Transys service point
You can pick up your order in person from the nearest service point of the transport company.
Using your own transport company
If you want your order delivered to an area not directly served by Kioussis Transys, you have two options:
Choose your own transport company.
You can arrange transportation with a transport company of your choice, which will pick up the order from the nearest Kioussis Transys service point and deliver it to your final destination (workplace, construction site, etc.).
Request Kioussis Transys to collaborate with another transport company.
If you don’t have your own transport company, Kioussis Transys can find and coordinate the transport with a partner company that serves your area.
Process:
• Modina.gr will send your order to the nearest Kioussis Transys service point.
• From there, either your chosen transport company or a partner company of Kioussis Transys can take over the pickup and delivery to the final destination.
• The cost and process of transport from the Kioussis Transys service point to the final destination are determined exclusively by the transport company handling the rest of the shipment.
Important Note:
• The transport cost via Kioussis Transys is NOT included in the final payment amount of your order.
• The payment and invoicing for shipping are handled directly by the transport company you choose.
