By accessing and using the modina.gr website, the visitor or user declares that they accept the following terms of use and agree to comply with them.
1. Order Process
Orders are placed through the online order form on the modina.gr website. The order is accepted only when the customer receives a confirmation email notifying them of the status of their order. During the processing of the order, the availability of the products is verified. If there are any changes in availability or delivery time, the customer will be informed either by phone or via email.
The customer is required to carefully check all order details and notify the Company within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation email, in case of any errors or modifications.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices on modina.gr include VAT 24%. The availability of offers is valid until stocks are exhausted. The Company reserves the right to fulfill orders based on priority criteria in cases of limited stock. Payments can be made through the available methods displayed on the website (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, cash on delivery).
In case of abusive use of the cash on delivery payment option (e.g., repeated orders without receipt), the Company reserves the right to reject future orders from the specific user.
3. Product Availability and Limitation of Liability
The Company makes every effort to ensure that the product information is accurate. However, it is not responsible for typographical or technical errors in product descriptions, photos, and prices. If a customer notices an unusually low or high price compared to the market, it is recommended to contact the Customer Service Department before proceeding with the purchase.
4. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill an order due to force majeure, such as strikes, political or governmental changes, supplier issues, transport interruptions, natural disasters, or extreme weather conditions. If such events last for more than 2 months, either party has the right to terminate the contract without compensation.
6. Modification of Terms of Use
The Company reserves the right to modify or renew these terms. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the modina.gr website. If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the validity of the remaining terms will remain unchanged.
