1. Returns of defective or damaged products
If, upon receiving your order, you find that a product is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:
• Contact our store immediately at info@modina.gr.
• Send us photographic evidence and any other supporting documentation that confirms the issue.
• Once the defect is verified by our team, the return and replacement of the product will be done at no additional charge.
2. Returns for other reasons
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), the following terms apply:
• Before making any return, you must contact our store.
• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt.
• The product must be in its original condition, with unopened packaging, and accompanied by all necessary documentation (purchase receipt, invoice, etc.).
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Special orders
Returns are not accepted for products that have been specially made or ordered for the customer (custom dimensions, special color choices, etc.).
4. Order cancellation
• If the order has not yet been shipped, it can be canceled without any charge.
• If the product has already been shipped or is a special order, cancellation is not possible.
